Health Business Mastery Subscription Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products and services provided by Globo Health LLC, including without limitation any memberships, websites, educational materials, coaching programs, software, and any related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By clicking any button to submit, activate, or continue your subscription, or by otherwise manifesting assent electronically, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Eligibility and account

You represent that you are at least 18, that you can enter a binding agreement, and that information you provide is accurate and kept current.

2. Trial access, automatic continuation, and billing

If you enrolled with a set 60 days of access, your paid subscription will begin on the stated access end date. On that date, we will charge 397 USD to the payment method you provided at enrollment and will charge that amount each month until you cancel under Section 4. If a charge is declined, we may retry, place your account in a temporary pause, and request updated payment details.

3. Price changes

We may change the monthly fee. If we do, we will notify you in advance by email. The new price applies on your next renewal after notice. You may cancel before that renewal if you do not agree.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time by emailing support@healthbusinessmastery.com at least 48 business hours before your next billing date.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not prorate or refund partial months. After cancellation, access ends when your paid period expires.

5. License to content and tools

While subscribed and paid up, Globo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access member content, templates, scripts, workflows, and tools for your own business use. No resale, republication, redistribution, public posting, or sharing outside your business. All intellectual property remains the property of Globo.

6. Go High Level account policy and transfers

Access to software provided through our Go High Level implementation is for the subscribing business. We typically do not allow transfers of GHL sub-accounts. We may, at our sole discretion, approve a transfer on a case-by-case basis. Any approved transfer will incur a one-time fee of no less than 500 USD, payable before the transfer is completed. Additional migration or engineering costs may apply and will be quoted if relevant.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, copy or scrape content, share logins beyond your business team, infringe intellectual property, upload malicious code, spam, or violate any law. You are responsible for compliance with advertising, privacy, and consumer laws that apply to your business.

8. Program scope and results disclaimer

The Services provide education, templates, coaching, and tools. Business results vary. We do not guarantee revenue, profit, leads, or sales. Nothing in the Services is tax, legal, financial, or medical advice.

9. Testimonials and submissions

If you share wins, testimonials, or feedback with us, you grant Globo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for marketing, with reasonable removal of sensitive personal data upon request.

10. Communications consent

By subscribing you consent to service emails. If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive texts at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. You can manage email preferences through unsubscribe links or by contacting support.

11. Privacy and data

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy at https://globohealth.com/privacy-policy. We collect and process personal data to operate the Services, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

12. Payment authorization and electronic signature

By checking the box and clicking the button, you authorize recurring monthly charges of 397 USD to your payment method on file until you cancel under Section 4. You agree that your checkbox and click are your electronic signature for all purposes.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid fees, suspected fraud, or material violation of these Terms. Termination for cause does not relieve you of amounts owed for the current term.

14. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Globo’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of three months of fees paid or 2,000 USD.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Globo against claims, losses, damages, and costs arising from your business activities, your content, your end users, or your violation of these Terms or law.

17. Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver

You agree to attempt informal resolution first by emailing support@healthbusinessmastery.com. If not resolved within 60 days, any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Rules. The seat and venue will be Washoe County, Nevada. Claims are brought only on an individual basis, not as a class or representative action. If the class waiver is found unenforceable, arbitration does not apply and such claims must be brought in the state or federal courts of Washoe County, Nevada.

18. Governing law and venue

Nevada law governs these Terms without regard to conflict of laws. For any claim that must be litigated, the exclusive courts are in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

19. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted in your account or emailed. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Assignment

We may assign these Terms. You may not assign without our written consent.

21. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

22. Severability and no waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.

23. Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for your subscription.
