Terms of Service

Introduction

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of the software as a service (SaaS) and business coaching services provided by Globo Health LLC (the "Company"). By using the Company's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Company's services.

Services

The Company provides a variety of SaaS and business coaching services, including but not limited to access to our platform, virtual business coaching, and consulting. The specific services available to you will be determined by the Company and may be subject to change without notice.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Company's services. By using the Company's services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Content

You may be able to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available certain content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos, through the Company's services (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all rights in and are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting, uploading, publishing or otherwise making available any User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Company's services.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Company's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You agree not to use the Company's services to upload, post, transmit, share, or store any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

Disclaimers

THE COMPANY'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE COMPANY'S SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE COMPANY'S SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User Content you submit, post, transmit, or make available through the Company's services, your use of the Company's
