These website terms apply to your use of the Globo Health website. Globo Health LLC provides training, educational tools, coaching, and related services for health practitioners, including offerings under Health Business Mastery.
Each offer has its own purchase terms. Visiting this website, watching free training, or applying for a Growth Session does not enroll you in a paid subscription. Prices, deliverables, access, guarantees, and any recurring billing are stated with the specific offer.
1. Using this website
You may use this website to learn about our services and choose the support that fits your business. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Information you submit must be accurate.
2. Purchases, memberships, and personal services
A purchase is governed by the terms presented for that product or service at enrollment or checkout, together with any agreement you accept. A one-time purchase is not an HBM membership subscription. Membership billing, cancellation, software access, and service-specific commitments apply only when you enroll in the relevant offer.
Existing HBM members should refer to their enrollment agreement and applicable subscription terms. The HBM 60-day access and subscription terms remain available for that enrollment arrangement.
3. Refunds and guarantees
The guarantee or refund policy stated for the specific offer at purchase applies to that offer. A guarantee on a main product does not automatically extend to an optional add-on, custom service, or membership. These website terms do not replace a guarantee you were offered or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
